They use DoorDash as delivery platform when you ordering through cornerbakery website and dashers that will deliver your food will never get even a penny of the tips you left. They take everything for themselves.

Overall pretty unhappy with my experience here. Food was bland and they forgot all the topping of my oatmeal. First time ordering and decided to try online. When I went to pick up the food there wasn't that many people there but no one greeted me or asked if I was going to order or pick up. I spotted the pick up section and found my order. After I got back to my room I realized they had forgotten my coffee. I'm not sure if I had to ask for it since it's hotnso they make it to order when you pick up but that doesn't make sense since most pick up orders just pickup and go. I called them back to get a refund for the coffee, no big deal, they placed me ok hold for 7 minutesso I called back. Hold again for 15 this time and I called back a third time. They rushed to put me on hold again but I was able to cut him off and explain I'm not putting in an order that they got my order wrong. The dude sounded extremely annoyed with me when he asked what I wanted and I simply said a refund for the coffee. He said he would refund it in a few minutes I said thank you then the line went silent and he hung up without a word. I'm very sorry if your restaurant is understaffed but that's not an excuse to be rude to someone who's rider you messed up.
