Great food as always! Never have gotten a bad sandwich from any of the locations! A little small for eating in but no biggie.

Service was absolutely terrible. Walked in and there were 4 ladies waiting to be served. They had been there a while. The lady working was sweeping, looking straight at us, and completely ignoring us. The ladies walked out, and I had to find someone else working there to take my order. Then the lady sweeping came back and had an attitude while taking my order. The whole staff was fairly rude. Won't go back for sure

It's too bad this place has gone down hill recently. Best coffee within a square mile, excellent customer service, and friendly staff. However, they were out of all milks today...which seems to be a theme lately. When I asked why they were out of everything and when they were expecting their supply to arrive, the staff seem to be completely in the dark. Owner was nowhere to be found. I went to open the fridge and it almost rolled off the counter on top of me. A complete accident waiting to happen. I think it used to be on the floor. Makes me sad to think I might have to take my business elsewhere.
