One of the best safest places you can hang out get some really good advice on helping you lose either a pound or 200 lb really great people I couldn't ask for a better healthy place to hang out Jayden is awesome just don't tell him I said that, When you are having a hard time in life, they will be there for you, all you have to do is ask.

Really great shakes and teas. The owner made this cool strawberry cheesecake shake that tasted like you were drinking a piece of cheesecake. Atmosphere was welcoming and the owner was engaging. I purchased the ingredients to make some shakes at home, but will be returning to restock soon. Update: returned again same great service

I love that there's somewhere to go for a healthy shake. The flavors are excellent, the atmosphere is fun, and you get to leave feeling guilt free for treating yourself. I also love that the owner cares about sensitivities you may have, and can customize the shakes to be gluten free and nut free. Great place!

We've stopped by here a couple of times while passing through town. We love the energizing teas and protein shakes! The owner is very friendly and personable and will even customize your tea and shake for you.
