cordell's

cordell's is three parts: a bistro, a gourmet food store and a coffee and tea bar. We serve lunch Tuesday - Saturday (11-2). Our retail store and coffee and tea bar are open all day. We also do reservation only, multi-course dinners a couple of times a month. We host events, parties and we also cater. We teach cooking classes and olive oil and balsamic vinegar classes. We work with local farmers and ranchers and our goal is to use as much local food as possible. Everything is made from scratch by Chef Jason Cordell Beard. Our menu changes daily and we always strive to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere and a one of a kind experience. We hope to see you soon!!
