Food disgusting just like the owner nasty face and customer service!!!

Customer service?? It’s none existence here starts from the top with the owner mind you the food is not the best since it’s the only one by the train station I guess they feel entitled to treat us like we don’t matter ..should be appreciative that you have a major foot traffic to you ..there’s another hidden pizza shop 3 blocks away called— Minitalia Pizzeria 66 25 Freshpond rd — great customer service and food is worth the walk.

WHERE IS THE FOOD INSPECTOR? NOT ONLY THAT THEY SERVE OLD COLD PROCESSED FOODS, BUT HAVE YOU MET THE OWNER !? WHO IS RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL !? HAVE YOU SEEN THEIR BATHROOMS ?! He can’t EVEN AFFORD TO FIX THE WOMENS BATHROOM!! He IS FORCING WOMEN SHARE THE RESTROOMS WITH MEN.. A STORE OWNER WHO DISRESPECTS CUSTOMERS AND NOT JUST THAT BUT WOMEN !!! WORKERS !! People who comes to visit on a BRAKE !? AND THE STORE OWNER CANT FIX HIS BATHROOMS BUT CAN CURSE AND BLAME OTHERS !? If I CAN RATE IT A 0 ⭐️

My fettuccine Alfredo tasted like burnt oil. My wife had one bite to make sure I wasn’t crazy and couldn’t get the bad taste out of her mouth afterwards. Won’t be ordering here again.

The worst ever! The guy answering the phone won’t even let you talk he’s so rude… the food is so poorly packaged they blame it on uber

Food is pretty decent but too bad I’ll never be ordering from here again due to the service. I ordered a plate on Grubhub in a rush and couldn’t select the tip option right away (I always tip). So when the driver got here LATE (mind you this place uses their own drivers) he demands a tip because of how far he drove to me . I told him I’ll do it on the app now I didn’t get a chance to but he showed me a receipt saying cash tip. That’s an issue with Grubhub and that store nobody’s paying cash after ordering in these sites. So he gets into a full blown argument with me because I’m unable to give him cash and that I shouldn’t have to do it on the site. He stormed off and said he’ll never come over here again. That’s fine ! I’m not ordered from your disgusting places! Even if he had asked nicely I could’ve asked a family member if they possibly had cash. Do better
