The catfish was fried to perfection. I'm from the South and they are the closest to the southern taste; that I remember from back home. The Kool aids could use a little work, but overall was good.
Food was good nice spot for a quick home style meal
Absolutely delicious food, warm and welcoming atmosphere, courteous, fast, and friendly staff. Those greens though, AMAZING! If you want a delicious home-cooked meal, then its got to be CoraFaye's Cafe.
Not good Southern food. Not even real Southern food. On top of that, we came in an hour before closing, they gave us our food 10 min before closing, already getting cold. Then asking us if we want to go boxes and letting us know they're closing soon. Right when we've started eating lol no wonder this place was empty. And that's another thing! How do you take so long to make food if you have nobody to wait on, but you're letting the food get cold? LMAOOO won't ever catch me here again.
Great place for Soul Food. The old location was nice too.
I’ve been waiting for over a hour for food that takes 20 min to cook fresh, it’s hot in here, no one has any food, the servers look lost. I’m leaving.
Had a company lunch there and the food was fantastic. You can tell that the recipes have been passed down generations. I had the fried chicken and collard greens and they were both great. I ordered some fried okra to go and it reminded me of home.
Its been a while since I've had a home cooked meal that made me cry tears of joy. I've now eaten at CoraFaye's Cafe twice now and I'm hooked. I live in the Springs and can say with 100% certainty that it is worth the hour drive and then some. Ms Priscilla is a God send.
This was a meal that will take you home! It is rare to find so much soul in one place; Ms. Priscilla is a treasure and her collard greens will change your life.
CoraFaye's is the real deal... so nice to find truly authentic food these days, and especially Soul Food. We had a group event, my faves were the Catfish and the Collard Greens, thank you so much for the wonderful experience Ms. Priscilla!
