Copperhill

This was such a wonderful dining experience. You eat with your eyes and the minute you walk in to the restaurant, it steals the eye. So much wonderful detail to decor. Then you move on to the cocktail menu. The whiskey sour I tried belonged in a speak easy and the signature cocktails were extremely unique. We shared four appetizers between seven people and we couldn’t eat them all. Then we went on to entree. Everyone ordered so differently. There was duck, sea bass, roasted chicken, scallop, roasted, boned half chicken, seared scallops, and happily for me a vegetarian pasta. No one had room for dessert, and I don’t eat cake, but a had a fresh fried cinnamon donut brought out to me with a candle. The wait staff was phenomenal. He was training a new employ, but did it with such fitness that you may not have realize it was occurring. I thank you, copper hill, for making my birthday celebration an amazing experience

I have visited this place many times and the food is always good. My only observation is that the menu is some what static. On this visit we ordered the ramen cacio e pepe which was a big portion of great velvety flavors. the bucatini and crab was also a good amount of pasta and well balanced portions of crab meat. the Atlantic salmon was good and the fish special was little under seasoned. the roasted Brussels sprouts were just delicious as well as the shishito peppers. The signature drinks are very good. Our servers, Michelle and Alcides were professional, prompt and provided great advice on the menu. I highly recommended.

They used to have seasonal menu for both food and drinks. But I went there three times past 5 months but their menu has not been changed much. And the food quality got poor. This place of one of my favorite place where I love to take my people when they are in the town and it was so hard to make a reservation as they were always full. But now days I can even book large parties on the day of.

We celebrated my daughter’s Bridal shower at Copperhill this weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff does an outstanding job. All of my guests thought it was the best shower they were ever at. They have my highest recommendation. .

Visited recently and had a great experience. Service was exceptional just like the food. Cocktails were delicious as well. Will definitely be back soon

Was here for a bday party with set menu. Very good braised short rib and chopped kale salad. Will return again for regular dinning.
