Copper River Grill

Waitress was very nice and courteous, first thing we noticed when we sat down was the prices of their items were overally priced for just copper River, I understand inflation but the prices were insane for something so small. My fiance ordered Bbq Nachos and usually it’s one of their biggest sellers and we were not impressed at all! The chips were burnt & stale, the chicken wasn’t seasoned, overcooked, very dry, and wasn’t chopped it was shaved chicken, also no cheese on the nachos. As far as my sandwich it was average I would never pay what I paid for it but the server Emily was nice friendly, made sure our drinks were full, rant over!

Very disappointed, called to make reservations for daughters birthday with party of 12 and was told by assistant manager that they don't do party's of over 7 and if we came we'd be placed on opposite sides of the building. I ve never heard of a restaurant that dosen't accomodate for birthday celebrations. I was wondering why they left Easley probably no business. And when I mentioned that I know of friends that had celebrations there recently she stated I'm the assistant manager and I follow the rules. We'll we're going somewhere else but was looking forward to those delicious croissants.

Ordered a burger medium well the outside was almost perfect but the inside was completely pink and uncooked

If you want a great steak and all the trimmings at a reasonable price. This is the place to go. Steaks are not overly seasoned. Cooked to the right temp.

It is amazing place

I understand there are restaurants that allow service dogs. I would have liked the waitress to ask of it were ok. Honestly I didn't see the dog but my fiance did. But after the family left, the waitress pointed out there was so much hair left by the dog as she started sweeping. Thankfully we were finished eating. It is what it is but I would have preferred to be seated in a different areas or Iet us decide if we wanted to wait to be seated. Salads are always delicious. Colored green we very flavorful. Didn't know it was a side item. And the chicken tenders were either battered to much/hard/too crispy. My fiance enjoyed his meal though. Salmon and loaded mashed potatoes.

Server was super friendly which was probably the best part about our experience, however I witnessed a staff member come out of the stall and tie her apron back on and then walked out the bathroom without washing her hands . I will not be returning back to this restaurant.
