Copper Lotus Café & Bistro

This is my favorite place to get breakfast in Palm Coast. The food is always excellent, fresh, and made to order. The owner is always on hand to take my order with a smile and courtesy. I can recommend this place 1000%. Good people and great food—what more could you ask for? I always stay and eat my breakfast the place is always clean. Parking: You can always find a spot to park in. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, the building has elevators and, automatic door opener.

Food and service were spot on. Philly cheese sandwhich was amazing.

Love this cozy cafe that makes feel like I just Stepped into a Hallmark movie!!!! Friendly staff, Great Food and wonderful ambiance! There is a beautiful tree decorated with fall foliage that makes you Want to put on a sweater and sit in front of a fireplace! I had the fall squash soup. Delish! My Husband had the BLT and scarfed it Down!!! What a great local Find and super convenient if you Have an appointment at the town center. Will be Back! Thanks for the great food!!

Had a good breakfast here. Was waiting for service at Gibbs Chevy and walked over. Glad I did!

An absolute gem! Stopped by for quick lunch. Friendly staff and quick service. The Philly cheesesteak was amazing. One of the best I’ve had in a long time. Great coffee too. Will definitely return !! A+ Update: just came back again for 3rd time. Still delicious. Best Philly in town hands down !

Rise and Shine! This Cafe is a great place to grab breakfast. Both my wife and I enjoyed the rise and shine breakfast which includes 2 eggs, toast and choice of sausage or bacon. I had the bacon option, my wife had the sausage. The breakfast was great. They toasted the bread on the griddle for us which was excellent. I know it's breakfast but they got everything right and I love to support and encourage small businesses. Next time we are in the area for lunch we will give them a try.

Great food & great atmosphere!

My first visit to the cafe today and, wow, I was definitely impressed. I got a breakfast burrito and a latte. The food was phenomenal and made fresh in front of you, not tossed in a microwave. The coffee was delicious. Espresso shots pulled perfectly and the milk steamed to just the right temp and not scorched. The staff were super chill and friendly. They absolutely know what they are doing. 10/10 would recommend.
