Copas

We did the blindfolded dinner here. Organized by the Fever organization. It was a fun experience. Not sure if the food or the service was typically for a normal dinner at Copas. So this review might not be relevant for that. But for the blindfolded dinner experience. It was 5 stars across.

Food was incredible. Fish taco, al pastor burrito & even the chips and salsa (love the tatemada salsa!) were slam dunks.

Ahi tuna tostadas were amazing, micro greens on top. Loved the potatoes with the smoked Gouda queso. The guacamole was fresh and came with amazing buttered bread but some herb I didn't care for and not normally in guacamole. Avoid the extremely tart hibiscus lemonade and over fried fish tacos.

The food is great. I have the chicken burrito and my husband had the fish tacos. With a draft beer and margarita, finished with a Carajillo. The staff is great. The drinks were very good.

Hosted our 1 year old's birthday party with our friends (large group of size 18) at this restaurant. Couldn't recommend it any higher! The staff and the owner are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious and they went out of their way to meet vegetarian and kid food preferences. Truly an awesome experience and grateful for their hospitality!
