CopaCabana Brazilian Steakhouse - Uptown

To start, food is actually pretty good. Meats and sides are decent. I don’t mind the loud music I think it’s pretty lively. At my first hour there things are fine. However, later on server who deliver the meat stop coming to our table and nearby tables. They just skipped us and straight to a table further down the aisle. Plus some of the menu item never showed up. You need to be patient for sides because those can come 30 mins after you ordered them. Lastly there is a 18% tip automatically added to the bill, which I’m willing to pay. But the server who gives me the bill didn’t tell me about it. I have to read the receipt myself to find out. Overall the experience with location is okay. Could be better

I spent my birthday at Copa Cabana, the food was great and the service is par exellance! Shout to their in-house chef GARY for the gelato with candle! Maraming Salamat (Thank You Very Much)

The server avoided our table the entire time we were there. We stayed for 2hr and she came to the table twice and took over 45min to bring our drink to the table then charged an automatic 18% gratuity. You definitely do not get the value you pay for the food or drinks.

Loud, food extremely salty, mostly burnt. service mediocre at best. Not worth it !

Food was excellent! The variety of meats and side dishes was something to marvel. Everything paired well together and the servings of meats never stopped being served. The wait staff was very friendly and service was great!

We were very disappointed with our first experience at this restaurant and there aren’t many positive things to say. First, the music is so loud that you can’t even have a conversation or understand what the server says or what kind of beef cut it is. Second, it took a long time for the server to come get our order and when we finally ordered the sides, it took even longer for them to come. Third, the beef cuts don’t come very often and not many varieties as described on the menu. Fourth, there is a compulsory 18% gratuity already added to your bill, no way to change it. And last, some of the beef cuts we tried were good, but this is not close to a Brazilian rodizio. Overall it wasn’t worth the price and there is much to improve.
