Slow as hell they be with one customer for like 15mins when the restaurant is already the size of a box women are rude no sense of urgency & after all the waiting the food is average…. I went back today 5 mins ago I was just there actually & I had one person in front of me but yet I was waiting for more than 10 mins I just walked out…. I’m a black American female & honestly that’s why those girls be rude & upset…. They only show hospitality to their kind but yet dislike Americans lol not my fault I was born here….

Slow People working there, to many deliverys on the way and nobody working on them ,get them red Bull or hire mexicans

Their food is always good. They were out of a lot of stuff because we went on a Sunday night.

Overall, everything I have eaten here is pretty good and meets the standards for authentic "yard" food. The 2-star rating for service is the long wait. Folks that order through the food delivery service (Uber/Doordarsh, etc.) are prioritized, which extends the wait time for those in the store. There is one person serving in person customers and everyone else catering to the food delivery orders. The 2 star rating for the atmosphere is the parking in the area-horrible. I do appreciate them opening all the time, and for the most part, the food i have had was always fresh. Foods I have eaten here- Oxtail, jerk and fried chicken, all the soups, all the porridge, Escoveitch Fish, mac and cheese, fried Dumplings, ackee and callaloo. The food you can't go wrong. Overall, I highly recommend it. A Bronx favorite.

The food just don’t taste good . Don’t waste your money .Dont Buy The Curry Goat..it has no flavor, it’s over pressured and it needs a bag of season.The steamed vegetables,don’t even bother.Please find a New a Chef…. I wish they had 0 ratings.So I could choose it.

Worst place to come if you are expecting a moderate to fast customer service. Sometimes, I feel these people don’t care about the line. They move slow, talk and don’t act like it is a business. Plus, the food is not as good it used to be.

The professionalism and organization is absolutely awful. Ordered delivery and live 5 minutes away. It took close to 2 hours to get an order of stew chicken. When I called to check on the order I got attitude and was lied to re. the order status. The food is just average. The overall experience was terrible. Never again!!
