Cookies & Cupcake By Design

I ordered a Happy Birthday cookie delivery for a family friend’s birthday. I ordered in the morning & it was delivered the same day. It looked amazing with balloons & it was delicious. I have ordered from Cookies By Design before & they never disappoint. I highly recommend. Joanne I ordered again from Cookies By Design on 1-2-24 for my office to wish everyone a Happy New Year. I saw a New Year’s Cookie bouquet on the website but I wanted to customize it a little with some additional cookies & everyone’s names on them. Colleen helped me figure out the perfect delivery. It was cookie champagne bottles with a names on each bottle. We also added cookie champagne glasses & other New Year-themed cookies. The cookie bouquet was OUTSTANDING. It was so incredible that I was overwhelmed. Colleen was so amazing, helpful, creative. I cannot express enough how GREAT she is & how TERRIFIC the delivery turned out. I have never been disappointed with an order from Cookies but this was absolutely incredible. Colleen is the best & helped me send the greatest delivery that I have ever sent to anyone. Plus, the cookies are delicious. Thank you Colleen, the delivery was amazing & so are you.

Another great cookie experience with Cookies by Design in Naperville! I placed my order with Colleen via telephone due to an ordering glitch on the website. Colleen was outstanding and the cookies were fabulous...as usual. Next time I'm going to try their cupcakes. They look amazing. And the shoppe smelled so good!

The cookies taste delicious and the designs are great. The cupcakes however look cute but taste horrible! Big disappointment especially considering the cost

Her immediate response, genuine understanding, and generosity in making the situation right were appreciated beyond words. I ordered circus cookies for my sons first birthday. Not only did the cookies taste amazing, but the service was great and they designed them exactly how I wanted them! Would highly recommend

The cookies are always fresh and arrive when they say they will. Everyone I have sent them to has loved them. I think sending cookies is a unique way to say everything that flowers say and then some. The designs on the cookies are just gorgeous and tasty. I ordered some for a party I had so the women and I could taste them. I ordered a flower so each could take one home. We all loved them not just for the beauty but I got calls from them all telling me how tasty they were. I don't send flowers anymore. Seeing is believing. I am attaching a photo sent to me by the last person I sent cookies.

I was afraid the cookies wouldn't arrive on time but the box arrived exactly as promised. Overnight shipped. My Husband loved the anniversary basket. Beautiful. Packaged so well too, not a single broken cookie and my delivery guy regularly throws my packages on my porch. Haha! The cookies are soooo delicious we cannot stop eating them. 10/10 . Ty Naperville store. Best Anniversary ever!
