For the owner to go out of her way to get what I needed in 24 hours was amazing. Thank you for "Thing 1 & Thing 2" , THEY WERE A HIT! If I ever need to order Cookies I am calling you~

Terrible cookies and terrible customer service. I went and the cookies were so hard it almost chipped my tooth 0/10. Would not recommend .

10/10. If could give more stars I would! Came for the first time today with my daughter! The place is so cute! They have a variety of cookies, I got the pixie sugar cookie which was bomb! ($5) My daughter got the fruity pebbles cookies with ice cream on top ($8) and she loved it! Would come again! Also loved those baggies!!

The cookies were excellent, but I was disappointed when I realized the Mac Daddy wasn’t an option. They were my favorite! Overall, the cookies were excellent and the Cookie Plug is my store when I need cookies. Parking: No issues parking, plenty of parking spots.

Very unique place with a variety of good cookies i personally had the 12 samplers all them were pretty good, definitely recommend giving it a try!

Cookies are way expensive, they don't accept cash and owners expect you to tip their employees for giving you an overpriced cookie . If they are making 400% or 500% profit on each cookie, why do the customers have to make up for low wages of the employees through tipping, and tipping someone for "handing" you a cookie is ridiculous. Add to that that they stopped selling the macadamia nut cookie, that place is dead to me.
