This place is so wonderful with the sweetest staff. I put in an order online yesterday and noticed when I got home that it was short 1 cookie and 2 of the cookies were wrong. I went back today to let them know and without hesitation they replaced my entire box of 6 cookies free of charge. I will definitely be returning and support this place as much as possible!

We went to Cookie Fix tonight in Huntsville and arrived at 5:28. The employee working turned off the lights and ignored us! She saw us and went to the back of the store and would not let us in. I called the store and she would not answer. So disappointed in the service as we always stop by Cookie fix when in town! I hope the owners are aware of this poor customer service!
