I purchased 1 Big Double Cheeseburger Tray with Mustard, Mayo, Extra Pickles & Tomato. Sides Chicken quesadilla & Fries I received a cheeseburger with two PAPER THIN PATTIES, Ketchup, Onion, Lettuce and a quesadilla with NO chicken or cheese just nothing

The least expensive fast food place that we've found. The season fries are fabulous. The burgers are not huge, but they are delicious and the people who work here are really friendly.

We’ve eaten at this location once every couple of months since it first opened. I’d say once every four visits, something was wrong, but not to such an extreme that we wouldn’t go back. However, my last time was my LAST time ever. One of my chicken nuggets had clearly been bitten in half and the cheesecake was a half a serving from what it usually is (was this eaten off of, too? We’ll never know.) when we discovered this, we called the store’s number only to be pushed to a national hotline. A very nice lady was apologetic for the situation, and took my address to mail me coupons. She also told me to email pictures and my experience to a specific email address. I did so. In the email, I said that I would not post a public review of this situation if someone could reassure me that this would be addressed so it could be considered safe to eat there again - aka managers are making sure it’s not an atmosphere where employees can package up half-eaten food. I sent that email on October 16th and to date, no response. So as far as I know, nothing has been done to make sure half-eaten food isnt making its way into customers orders, and here is my review to warn others.

The food was great! It’s small portions, so if you eat a lot, you might wanna order two, but it was good.

No big deal on the hotdogs. I've done better tasting dogs myself. Bun not fresh. Drive thru Ordered 2 dogs, one with onions and they didn't put onions on although it was on receipt. Also told us they don't use relish anymore?? First and last visit!

Bartlett TN drive thru. Ordered 2 hot dogs and 2 drinks, one dog to have onions and NO ONIONS ADDED TO MY DOG! How hard was a simple order ? Too hard obviously. Also told they don't do relish on dogs anymore? Hotdogs average, no big deal. Watery sweet tea. Hot dog buns wimpy. My sister raved about this place but today was not impressive at all.
