Nice service. Ribs were ok. Sauce was very good. Sides had no taste at all (collard greens and Mac n cheese). 3 stars because the sauce should be bottled and sold in stores. It is that good. Everything else is 2 stars.

Had the rib dinner with mac & cheese and baked beans, it was okay ($25 with a water). Not sure what everyone else is raving about. Based on what I had I can’t think of a reason to come back.

What's up everybody. Earlier tonight around 7:27 Im a driver for palm Tran connection. Iam always passing through, smelling the aroma from the seasonings from every direction on belvedere 😋😋😋. I'm so glad I stopped by for my 1st my time. I met Mr cook Jr, I hope I got his name right. He was so polite & welcomed me as I walked up to where they served BBQ. I really appreciate him taking his taking his time to ask for my order, & he served with excellence. The timing of placing my order & receiving it was top notch. The level of cleaneses was absolutely perfect, he served very well & even made sure to have cooking / serving gloves on which is a must & appreciated. My rib tip dinner with Mac & cheese w/ collard greens was so tender & marinated. The rib tips was so juicy with so much flavor. Everyone please come by & support these gentlemen. I wasn't able to get a chance to meet everyone else, but tonight it was only cook Jr. but when I tell you it's worth the drive when you are craving for some really great BBQ. I must add also support other BBQ places near & far. Thank you for an amazing experience. I will back this weekend coming up 👍🏾👍🏾. The best food truck I have had in west Palm Beach. I will recommend with blind fold. Service awesome friendly and very clean to be outside . Sanitizer provide as well napkins available. I got the rib tips and brisket. I’ve been to a lot of bbq places around and both items I got were the best I’ve had in the area! Definitely recommend!

went yesterday when swapping rental car near pbi airport( near west palm beach). right by gas station before the rental car return areas. get gas for your rental car and great bbq before u get in the plane. this was fabulous bbq. i got a rib and brisket combo, with collards and french fries, and their spicy bbq sauce. the sauce is not real spicy but VERY flavorful!! meat had great hickory smoke taste. collards were very yummy!! so worth stopping at!! not a pretty picture but didn't think about it till i was done with it the next day. got 2 meals out of it!

For more than 10 years I’ve been making BBQ. I’m also a KCBS judge. Hands-down and without a doubt this is some of the finest BBQ I have ever had the privilege to eat. Don’t walk, run over to Cooke boys BBQ. You won’t be sorry.
