Excellent customer service skills! Clean and food was served quickly.

Why bother with reservations? Like a Seinfeld episode, we had a reservation, but there is no table available. Arrived early, then our reservation time came due, but no table available. Eventually we were seated in the booth that was empty for the last half hour. Crowds without reservations were seated while we waited. Waitstaff and Bar Tenders were fine, but first impressions are not great. I’d recommend other steak houses that honor reservations over Connors.

Food was delicious as always. I had the chicken piccata and changed the mashed potatoes to a fully loaded baked potato & the creamed spinach to a fruit salad. My husband had the salmon & he said it was pretty good. Since it was my birthday, they gave me strawberry shortcake & ice cream for dessert. Sorry forgot to take a picture. Parking: It's in a California style mall, so there is lots of parking, but nothing right there. The closest parking is the parking garage behind Belk's. Park close to Belk's, then it's about 1/2 block away. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs involved.

The first time I've a crab blue lump crab cake and it was EVERYTHING. Shrimp and grits was on point. Both a wonderful portion worth it's price. I loved the scenery and vibe here.
