Although my friends and I had a challenging experience during our Sunday afternoon lunch, I want to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by Rose who unfortunately was not our waitress. When we were seated, we asked our name-tagless waitress about getting a round of water for the table and if we could have separate checks to which she responded, "We don’t do that, it's impossible". She took our drink order which had its challenges since many of our selected beers were out of stock. After 10 or so minutes she brought 3 drinks including a flat soda and two of the three beers we had ordered. Almost 30 minutes later our waitress returned with the 4th beer so I ordered a backup for myself figuring she wouldn't be back anytime soon. After that, she came back and brought some drinks to our table that were not the ones we had ordered when we told our waitress they were incorrect, we had ordered x and y beer, not the ones she brought us she told us that we were wrong, We never received the round of water, the service was incredibly slow and imprecise, the food was not hot and our waitress had a bad attitude. Rose on the other hand had exceptional customer service that turned things around for us. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including asking us if we needed separate checks ironically. Her positive attitude was a shining light on an otherwise disappointing visit. I believe Rose's commitment to customer satisfaction deserves recognition, and as a patron, I sincerely hope the restaurant values and appreciates exceptional employees like her.
