Colorado Mountain Brewery

While the food was great and there were many options - I had the apricot beer that was on special and it was a 0/10. Tasted like cough syrup and made my stomach hurt very badly for hours on end. Thinking about it makes me nauseous.

Been wanting to try this brewery for a while. We were in the area, so I thought we'd try it. I made reservations for outdoor seating, but after seeing it's facing the highway in the hot sun we decided to go inside. It's a very nice place! They brew their own beer on location. I decided to try their IPA. Too hoppy with no balance. I don't mind hoppy if you have flavors to balance it, otherwise it tastes like lawn clippings. My second beer was the Chocolate Banana Porter. REALLY good!! My wife got a Razzletini, an Amelia Earhart, and an Alpine Slide I think it's called. All 3 were delicious. There are drink options for everyone. We started off with the homemade loaded chips. Excellent chips! Especially with the bacon, cheese, and sour cream. I ordered the "smoked" ribs. There's no smoke ring, and tastes like they were baked. I had high hopes, but was disappointed. My wife's Bison Meatloaf Wellington was tasty, but very dry. The potatoes were excellent, but the carrots were undercooked. Overall I was pretty disappointed. The two stars are for the app and Porter. However, OUR SERVER ZACH WAS EXCELLENT!!! He made our experience there very nice! Please thank him for us.

THE MARTINIS ARE GREAT!!!!!! The food is eh but definitely worth a night out.

The food is delicious if you dine in . It is not the same if you get take out because items that go with the meal are often left out like lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, Chipotle sauce for Alpine chicken sandwich. These things make the taste of it from mediocre to amazing and kitchen should make more of an efffort to make sure everything is in the to go box. I have left messages online to put these in the box and still was missing.

One of my favorite breweries in Colorado Springs. When you walk in it looks like a fancy place and the prices are good and the beer is really good

Beautiful location. Awesome waitress! And food was delicious.

The food was great, but the service was awful. I asked for an item from the happy hour menu and was charged the whole meal instead. When I pointed it out to the waitress and her manager. They said that nothing could be done. I didn’t make a scene, but will definitely not go back, or recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic soup flight, highly recommend… and service from the wait staff is impeccable.
