Colonnade Diner & Restaurant

I've been going here since I was a little girl. I've always been treated well by the staff, whether I was by myself or with a huge group of people. I never had an issue with any of the staff or the food, until this... I ordered their spinach & artichoke omelet with feta, mozzarella, & mushrooms. The food came out extremely fast. When I first saw the omelet, I was a bit leary but started eating it anyway. When I cut the center of it, I knew why I was leary of it. It not only tasted like it had been overcooked, but it looked as though whomever was cooking took 2 omelets that had already been made & put them together with the mozzarella & feta between them (almost as if trying to glue them together) to make it seem like one omelet. I showed the waitress & she was not happy. She took my plate, went straight to the kitchen & took my entire meal off the check. I wish I could remember her name. You'd think after her being there for 20+ years, I'd remember it by now. lol She is one of the best waitresses they've had over the years, though.

Don't order on DoorDash, they will 100% get your order wrong. 2 separate orders 10 days apart they got incorrect, how does that even happen? Because they don't care! Ordered 2x Bacon cheeseburgers and I got 2x Cheese Burgers with NO BACON. Today I ordered a grilled cheese w/fries, it said it came with fries, Guess what? No fries! I also ordered 2x bowl of pickles and asked nicely, if you don't have half sour pickles just refund 1 order, Nope didn't happen, they just gave me a million of the wrong pickles! I guess whoever reads the tickets needs glasses, is an imbecile or illiterate, your guess is as good as mine

It's one of my favorite diners. The food was delicious and the staff was nice, professional and kind. Great place for any meal or wven a small get together.

A Hidden Gem on Staten Island I recently visited Colonnade Diner on Staten Island 2001 Hylan blvd and was pleasantly impressed. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The prices were very reasonable. I've also noticed that they had a nicely designed banquet or ballroom room that can be used for larger events, with seating for 150 guests. I highly recommend this diner to anyone looking for delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere.
