Cold Stone Creamery - West Elizabeth St.

I love their ice cream and the staff is great. The location has a serious problem with their plumbing. I have notice a sewage smell the last couple of times we have went. Tonight it was unbelievably bad, like open sewer line bad. The owner needs to address this issue.update: this problem has been resolved! Highly recommend!

I'm not one to leave reviews but this place is so bad that I had to make a Google account to leave a review. I went in with my kids a couple months ago and the girl with the red hair is such a brat and very unenthusiastic about making this establishment a fun place to be with my family. We felt very unwelcome and it felt like she just wanted us to get out both times we were there. Very disappointing. The Restroom and Lobby were also disgusting and sticky!

I enjoy Coldstone a lot, but this particular location has some serious management and staffing issues. I've never been able to notice anything like this except when it comes to this location. Subpar quality and very little attention to what you are asking for. When it comes to communication with the staff, they seem very overwhelmed and it's sad knowing that they are trying their best.

The staff is always amenable and they treat my daughter very nicely each time we come in. I appreciate the service. However, the location has the distinct smell of sewage throughout the location. It is inescapable. It is not the bathroom. It is the entire place. Not very appetizing.

Coldstone has my heart. Love their cheescake icecream!

I ordered a coffee lovers creation and a Reese’s take 5 peanut butter pretzel blast. I checked in and they gave me a bag with my order. As I was walking out I noticed I only had 1 item, so went back to the register and stood there for a couple minutes before I could get someone’s attention. I let them know I was missing something. The guy looks at the receipt on the bag and says yet we don’t have the top one. I had to look at the receipt to see which item it was. Then he tells me I need to call them and see what they want…thinking to myself, who am I going to call me? I’m the one who made the order on your website, not a third party site. I asked for a different small with peanut butter cups. He got it ready and said thanks for waiting. I get home and they gave me plain chocolate ice cream with no peanut butter cup topping or mix-ins. Super annoying! Pretty disappointing for $7 ice cream!

Staff literally looks at you like they wish you’d drop dead. Super awkward.

Been here multiple times and everytime get served the wrong ice cream. Staff is usually unpleasant so it's not worth going back in for a correction. Will not be returning
