Kudos to the 2 young ladies working on the night of March 16th (a Saturday). They were the only ones there with non stop walk in customers and multiple online orders needing to be filled. They did a great job under pressure. We waited at least an hour. No biggie. The thing that pissed me off was after we were waiting so long, another employee, a young man, comes in and finally gets to work. He scooped one order then had the nerve to complain to the young ladies working their butts off about why things weren’t done. He then proceeds to complain even more and starts slamming tubs of ice cream around as he’s replacing empties in the case. The family behind us commented to him that they’ve been waiting over an hour and he had the nerve to think the guy was joking! I commented back that yes we have all been waiting and the young ladies were working their butts off. Cold Stone, please check your employee roster for the young man working Saturday night and fire him! Give those young ladies raises too!! Also make sure to have adequate staff on hand on a busy Saturday night.

I visited ColdStone Creamery approximately an hour before closing time and was met with appalling customer service. Upon entering, I was completely ignored by the staff, who were engrossed in personal conversations and preparing orders for DoorDash customers. Despite waiting patiently for five minutes, I was still not acknowledged or greeted. Meanwhile, the workers seemed more focused on discussing personal matters rather than attending to customers. To my dismay, two DoorDash Dashers were promptly greeted upon entering, highlighting the stark contrast in treatment between delivery drivers and in-store customers. I had to assertively draw attention to myself to finally have my order taken, as the staff continued to neglect my presence. Even when the shift leader emerged, her response was dismissive and confrontational rather than addressing the evident disregard for customer service standards. As I left the store, the staff's laughter only added insult to injury, emphasizing their lack of professionalism and respect for customers. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it's disheartening that such behavior is tolerated within the company. I will be leaving a one-star review to reflect my disappointing experience.

The coffee and silk chocolate ice cream blend was Amazing! Mix in Oreos and top with whip and you have a mood stabilizer for sure! The young lady at the counter was adorable and sweet as pie. The establishment clean and comfy. Love me an ice cream date with my hubs!

When I came in there seemed to be no one in line so I went ahead and ordered. I was told "the line" was where the ice cream window was where two people were browsing and clearly haven't decided what they wanted yet. I had to wait for them to decide what they wanted before I was able to order. There were 5 workers (which to me is crazy for a tiny ice cream shop) and they took forever to get my order and the girl that told me the line was on the other side laughed and giggled at every word I said like a mean girl. The girl who took my order and made my shake was nice though. have no idea why. I bought I small shake and it was 13$ that's ridiculous. I'm less upset at the price and more upset at the girl who giggled and made me wait even though I knew what I wanted. Every time I come hear I am treated poorly. Dear management

Delicious ice cream, clean restaurant, plenty of staff (quick service). Definitely would return for a follow up visit.

Went to order my regular cheesecake milkshake. Then they tell me 1.60 for every extra ingredient. I just wanted a menu item. Apparently to make that menu item shake they had to add 1.60 for 3 added items. You're smoking some crack. I'll go elsewhere.

Came in to pick up a doordash for a couple customers around 9:05 when I entered the store, there was nobody in the front. And then three employees came out of the back one of the employees particularly name Rayna was very rude and I had to wait an additional time when there is no customers in the store for the orders to be prepared. As a Dasher, I’m still a representation of the customer and I shop here personally anyways, the customer service in general was very poor. DoorDash shouldn’t be treated any differently than a customer because we’re still customers ourselves
