My husband went in to ask if there were dairy free options as we wanted to stop here rather than our usual place. We were told yes there were options so we unloaded the toddler and went inside to be told there were no dairy free options. Then we were told yes there were but they had no idea what they were made of. It’s hard enough eating out with allergies and intolerances. There’s no excuse for this.

That was our last treat @ stuart location Since the nu management took over, good service dropped No Life in that store NO More😶🤥 It got higher in prices where the ask for tips b4 charging card.

Great creamery to enjoy some delicious ice cream in a freshly made waffle cone/bowl. Perfect on a hot Florida summer evening. There's a variety of flavors to satisfy even the most discerning ice cream lover. Enjoy!

4/5 times I go, they skimp on the mix ins. There are so few, even when we ask for extra or double and pay for it, that it tastes like ice cream with nothing in it. Always a disappointment.

Not open at the time they list on this profile. They put a little paper clock on the door showing they will be open an hour late. Disappointed my children and wasted my time. Pretty sure they pay low wages and cannot find people to work for next to nothing. Maybe pay the staff more and then you can keep your normal hours.

Placed an order for a cake the night before my brothers birthday. When I walk in to pick up the order, it took 20 minutes just to even be acknowledged. Come to find out the order wasn't ready and they couldn't make it due to being out of cake batter. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't give a refund since the manager wasn't there. They told me the manager would be back in a few hours for a refund. When I asked for the managers name they said it was DIV and that he didn't have a last name. Two young girls working behind the counter who were more interested in talking with their boyfriend than serving customers. One brunette wearing a necklace with the letter E and the other was blonde. Terrible service will never be back and will never give them a dime of my hard earned money

Went in for a pick order, I was not greeted or asked how I could be helped, two other people walk in after me and are greeted with outstanding service one bought a cake right then and there one picked up an order. I finally asked for my order they said they didn’t have it, they looked again and said they didn’t have the product to make the cake and the order was place the night before. No call email or notification was sent to me before hand so I could make changes. When asked for a refund “Div” the manger with no last name was not there and a refund could not be made by anyone until he came back which was who knows when. It’s a no brained that a manager should be present or a shift lead should be present at all times. Horrible service and resolution to problems. Plain cake for someone’s birthday because of lack of communication and management. $40

The young lady working was friendly enough. Ice cream is not bad, you may even rate it awesome since there's not many places to compare it to nearby... you probably should just drive to downtown Stuart and get ice cream, especially if you want good ice cream and you want to get it from somewhere clean. You would think you were at an ice cream stand at a stadium with a thousand people passing thru this place per hour as dirty as it is in there. I walked in and I couldn't believe my eyes! I'm wondering if there was a food fight that I had just missed... where's the manager? I took two bites and just couldn't finish in good conscience. I'm lactose intolerant anyway so the filth was my saving grace.

Very expensive. The ice cream started melting before we even reached the front door. After eating, we needed the bathroom but couldn’t use it from how filthy it was. Avoid this place and get your ice cream fix elsewhere.
