Cold Stone Creamery

I was in here on 4/22/24 at 8:50pm . The Mexican lady is the most rude employee I’ve ever met a a cold stone ! & let me tell you I’m always at a cold stone like I own one . I got a banana Carmel crunch with half a banana .First off she tried to give me the butt end of the banana then ask me if I wanted more I said yes. Then she gives me another small ol piece she didn’t blend the Carmel in there right so I’m like can I have another piece . She was RUDE I’ve been doing customer service since I was 16 & I’m about to be 30 in June so I’m not being a Karen idc if it’s the end of the day you should still be kind . I asked her why she was charging me an additional 1.69 x2 she said oh b/c you gotta extra banana sweet heart banana is the MAIN ingredient in the banana Carmel crunch nobody has ever charged me for adding or made it a problem & like I said I’m in cold stone weekly all up & down San Diego . I asked her why she said oh b/c you asked for more banana I told her that’s not a thing her co worker NOT minding her business was like oh you added banana giiiiirl idc it’s a banana Carmel crunch I’d like to taste the banana. So I’ll be contacting the manager to let the manager know why I’ll never be coming back to this location & the rude service I received idc

Came here after surgery for a treat. 04/13/2024. I've Ben coming to this location for 5+ years. They told me I can't put two different ice cream mixes in to one large bowl. I'll never come here again. You lost a customer for life. I hope the owner sees this. There wasn't a single other person inside the store.

In addition to getting Morley mixed and gooey ice cream in the the past. They put the final nail in the coffin. I have been waiting for march to get lucky charm ice cream and apparently they have decided not to do the seasonal flavor. So I’m deciding to never go back, same given it’s basically across the street.

Went there for the seasonal At the End of the Rainbow ice cream with lucky charms but they don’t offer it. Got the Pie Like You Berry Much instead and they mixed in an excessive amount of toppings. It ended up being a cup of extremely sweet, gooey milkshake that was overpriced.

So disappointing the cake was so ugly. So not wroth $140.00 Look like my little sister did it.

If you ever come anywhere near this ice cream shop, you must try the ice cream here

I’m a fan of cold stone but this specific shop has been a disappointment. We got a topping but he didn’t mix it. We asked about it so he mixed it quickly. As you can see from the picture, ice cream was already melting when we hot them (all three cups of them). The portion was smaller than what we used to get. We def got better quality from other shops before.

It's a Saturday night and It's says the store closed at 10pm. However when I placed my order around 9pm and showed up to the store at like 9:10 the store was long closed and not a soul in site. Don't say your open until 10pm if You're going to close the doors a whole hour before 10pm. who knows the store could have been closed way longer than that. Won't be coming here again.
