Super friendly service. Very efficient. They were extremely well staffed for a busy Saturday evening.

Was there last night Sunday 2/4/24 and the girl with glasses was the only one there making a deluge of orders. Despite that she somehow made them all, and maintained such a high degree of composure and professionalism in a situation where most other people would have clocked out and ran out the door screaming. That's high quality personnel this woman is destined for great things in life.

We went in on October 26, 2023 at like 7pm. I wish I had gotten their names because the two ladies in there were EXTREMELY helpful. They were so nice, knowledgeable, and patient! My husband and I were so impressed. We’ll be back!

Best place for premium Ice cream, cakes and much more verity of Smoothies. Unique combination of Cold Stone and Planet Smoothies best customer service and friendly staff. Wow on my recent visit, again great customer service with a fast, friendly and clean place. My kids love watching employees how they prepare ice cream.

This is the 3rd time my order is wrong. I let it go the 1st 2 times but it's getting ridiculous. Receipt clearly states waffle CONE. Got a bowl. With no spoon. And chocolate shavings are missing. And literally the ice cream is more than half missing the love it size!! I have pictures if you woukd like. Do you just not care?
