I have ordered from here multiple times. Most of the time, the order was usually fine though I will say there was definitely some skimping on the toppings even then. Once they didn’t even bother to mix the mix-ins and I was greeted with an entire piece of brownie right in the bottom of my cup. (How is that a problem? Well, when you’re expecting brownie bits in almost every bite of your ice cream but don’t see any when you open it and then you eat most of the ice cream brownie-less and finally come to find out that the brownie was just thrown at the bottom of your cup, it’s sort of a problem). AND this is not even the issue that’s gotten me to write a google review for the first time in my life. I ignored this brownie situation and for some reason, chose to order from this place again. I ordered 5 Gotta Have It cups. 4 of them are leveled off and look like they have the amount of a Love it cup. I didn’t pay extra for a Gotta have it just to get 2/3 the amount of what I paid for. And once again, I guess someone was feeling tired and decided not to mix the mix-ins in my mint mint chocolate chocolate chip ice cream and just gave me mostly mint mint with choc pieces sparsely thrown around.
Great ice cream but extremely under staffed. By the time I got my ice cream I didn’t even want it anymore. Management has to be better and stop being so cheap
they gave me the wrong order, i ordered a oreo overload with kit kat and they gave a regular cookies and cream with barely oreos and they put pecans in it.
Besides the super expensive $8.50 for a small size cup, this ice cream parlor offered 0 seating. Not even 2 small round tables or even a stool. The one ledge by the window had a sign "no sitting." Totally unacceptable now that COVID is over, just put some tables!!! Where are you suppose to eat the ice-cream? Put a sign out that says take out only at least
Madeline F. Cashier with the pink hair is unprofessional and she made both of my orders wrong. She needs to learn the menu service was unsatisfactory never going back.
The staff in this cold stone is really nice and patient . Don’t forget to tip they are college students. Will be coming back whenever I’m in Queens #qgtm Parking: Hard to find parking
Place is super duper slow, 20 minutes for two ppl ahead of me . Terrible customer service and poor attitude!!
This is Avery occasional treat for me and I enjoyed it very much. The service was great and the store was clean.
This establishment is one that I frequent often with my children . Tonight’s experience was the worst one that I’ve had to date . I simply asked the employee a question regarding whether or not my rewards account information went through. She said “did it say it did?” I explained to her what it showed on the screen and told her that I just needed do clarify . She responds “ well then it did “. I told her that I was simply asking a question and there was no need to be nasty . She slammed my card down on the counter and told me that I “needed to stop projecting my issues onto other people”. She then walked away. I asked for a receipt and she completely ignored me and asked the other employee to finish and give me a receipt . I asked him for his name and asked to speak with a manger . He replied and told me that he was the manager . However , there were no steps taken to resolve the matter . I know that we are all entitled to have bad days. Even on our bad days good customer service should be the priority. I will avoid this location and perhaps the entire franchise . I’m not sure what she was trying to imply by her statement but it was loaded and offensive.
Asked for birthday cake remix- typically has batter ice cream. They gave me French vanilla. Better go to a different cold stone if you’re expecting what you want.
