We went for milkshakes around 9:15pm (they close at 10pm) thinking that they weren't going to make shakes that late, because other Cold Stones stop making shakes sometimes 2 hours before closing. Anyways so wee ask the lady if they have shakes this late and she said "we always make shakes, we have shakes. If you come for a shake and anyone ever tells you that we don't, call me to let me know, I'm the Manager!" We were so happy! And she made them so good! So this is our new spot to get late shakes!
I am writing this review with disappointment regarding my experiences with Cold Stone Creamery through Doordash. The key issue is the consistent inaccuracy of my orders, receiving a smaller size despite specifying "Love It." This recurring problem is inconvenient and disappointing as I am paying for a larger portion that I never receive. Additionally, my requests for a cone have repeatedly gone unanswered. To make matters worse, the lack of responsiveness from the store in these situations with me attempting to address these issues by phone have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling helpless and dissatisfied as a customer.
The woman taking my order was the absolutely most un interested in their job I have ever seen. I got 2 milkshakes and a pint of ice cream. Both milkshakes are so thick you physically drink it if you tried. The pint of ice cream is not the one I order whatsoever. All around a terrible experience and an absolute waste of $38. Will never visit another coldstone creamery again
There was a cockroach in my ice cream and i asked this worker Hailey to remake it and she told me to deal with it and there was cockroaches all over the ground
Searing area and glass needed cleaning.
Store was dirty and the customer service was horrible.
I stood waiting for someone to help me for 5 minutes. Four girls just avoided eye contact and didn't acknowledge me so I walked out. No communication from staff and an awkward visit. I'll find a different cold stone franchise to go to.
Ice cream was pretty good, place could be cleaner and what seem to be the owners were berating one of the employees. Don’t do that in front of customers it’s unprofessional. The employees were super sweet and quick!
