The ice cream was great. However, when I walked into the store no one was at the counter and all of the workers were in the back. While in the store you heard rap music, which is not an issue. However, the rap music included profanity. There were children inside the store while music was playing using the F word. This is unacceptable! This is an ice cream shop not a club!

Really bad. Lady made ice cream sloppy.

Awful place, cashier was rude and there was hair and my partner had a BUG. Wouldve rated 0/0 If I could, dont recommend

Drive out of my way for the dairy free option so I could enjoy with friends and they didn’t have any staff was clueless.

Worse management i do not recommend this location you pay for Got it have it and they serve you the side of a cone.

I always request the same type of ice cream and the Asian employee overcharged me just because .. ..

Tardamos casi una hora en cola para pedir los helados. Los preparan individualmente según el gusto. Los helados no son malos, pero viendo el tiempo que tardan y la preparación que conlleva realmente el sabor no es nada diferente. Sirven bastante helado.
