Cold Stone Creamery

Uhhhh…. Pick another cold stone. I felt like I did something wrong when I ordered. Ouch. Ice cold service.

My ice cream is freezer burke. Customer service was a horrible. The lady rolled her eyes at us. When we walked in with my family. She couldn't even say hello. Or welcome to cold stone. Expensive ice cream freezer burnt and horrible customer service not a good combo. I don't mind expensive ice cream, but at least make sure it's not freezerburn and the customer service should be nice.

Got banana ice cream with peanutbutter cups and peanutbutter one of my favorites.

So my friend and I go to this location Wednesday night 9/13/23 and we encounter 2 young ladies working there. I get my ice cream but when my friend proceeds to pay her check, she pays via Apple Pay and leaves $0 tip as she intended to give the ladies a cash tip. As the attendant rings my friend up, she walks to her co-worker and says, “no tip”. The other attendant barely fills my friends cup and throws nearly half of my friends pre mixed ice cream in the trash. Their behavior was definitely cringey.

I ordered online from work.I called this place 15 times and they don’t answer their phone.I will nee go to this location ever again!!!Absolutely TERRIBLE

I have to say , some staff will make you or break you in any business . Today 8/20/2023 at 17:55 we enter this facility to order our usuals treats from Cold stone . We walked in ,the staff member mumbles between her teeth can I help you ? But she was not looking at us; so I thought that she was not talking to us . Her body language was so bad that we refused to continue ordering . So we told the staff member sorry we change our mind . This girls are so angry at this place and all we wanted was to relax and enjoy the cold stone ice cream . Well maybe next time .

Yummy my favorite ice cream all kinds of delicious flavors and toppings! Ice cream shakes waffle bowls and ice cream cakes

Soooooo I went to get my usual and one of the girls decided to text on her phone and play in her hair all before making my order. I asked her to wash her hands and she immediately got an attitude and had someone else make my order. The point is she had the nerve to get an attitude and she was being unsanitary!!! Just make sure they are using the gloves that are provided for them or have them wash their hands because no one wants to get sick….other than that the ice cream is always amazing :)

Ice cream was good. The large was big enough to split. Bad part is just a scoop of ice cream is the same price as something with toppings.

Bad experience we were a party of 14 and the works were hurrying us up despite not being more customers. Plus to top it of they put a small ice cream cup inside a medium and charged for a medium even though it wasn't even full. Bad customer service. Won't go again to get ripped off.
