Employees here are incredibly rude every time we visit. The latest occurrence happened on Sunday 4/21 with the dude serving us at the counter. Don’t go asking him any valid questions or else you’ll get hit with a condescending unhelpful answer and a stare down as if you were the town idiot. And this isn’t just a one off; he has served us multiple times and clearly hates interacting with people. I get that working at an ice cream shop sucks, but maybe your job would be a little less sucky if you were nice to people. Next time we’ll avoid this location entirely.

Last night, April 11, 2024, I went in at around 11pm to get some ice cream with my boyfriend. We had just got off work and we were craving some. We decide to go to this Cold Stone because it’s the only one that was open but the two ladies at the front were horrible. I wasn’t able to catch their names because they didn’t have their name tags on but it was a lady with straight brown hair that went up to her shoulders and she had colored eyes and there was another lady with brown hair as well but it was in a bun. The lady who gave us horrible service was the one with colored eyes. We ordered our ice cream and we were getting ready to pay, she literally threw the cup on the counter. Afterwards she asked me how many spoons we wanted and I said two and she stabbed them into the ice cream. I am not even kidding, she was rude and disrespectful. I don’t know what was her problem that day but she seemed to be having a good time when talking to her co worker. Her co worker wasn’t the best either, every time a delivery driver would come in to pick up food, she didn’t even have the ice cream prepared. I worked at an ice cream shop before and we always had the ice cream prepared and kept in the freezer until the driver came and then we would bag it. These ladies were giving attitude to every person that would come in as well. I understand that it’s late but you chose to have a job that ends at 12pm so don’t get upset when people come in before that time. They were pre-closing everything which is perfectly fine, but then get mad when they had to take out the item they just cleaned. Horrible customer service. I can’t believe their manger lets these grown women act like this. The parking sucks as well.

Just paid $8 for a tiny cup of ice cream. Asked for sweet cream with gummy bears they literally put 4 gummy bears in it. A complete joke and rip off.

Sticky, bland ice cream, stale cone, bad service. Employee started wrong order and when pointed out, refused to stop and make the right thing. Cashier needed new wrong order recited back to him.

Employees were so nice. Tried so many samples before I settled on the mint chip with chocolate sprinkles and brownie. Ice cream was so silky smooth
