Every employee I encountered here should be fired. They just don’t care, they answer questions rudely, you’re treated as if you’re a bother to their need to snap while on the clock, or that you’ve interrupted their private conversation. I wasn’t even looked at while being asked what I wanted. The server sighed when I asked her to explain what all the toppings were - they’re covered up and nobody can see them!! The ice cream tastes good but that has nothing to do with this place and the service you should expect. Barely one scoop of an add in/topping, so little that I couldn’t even taste it after it was mixed in. This place is a joke and I’ll never be back.

Went there Years ago. The cake badder flavor was amazing!

This place is Amazing!! LOTS of ice cream choices, sundaes, smoothies. Everything here is SO good Prices aren't bad for the quality. Staff is friendly. On the Boardwalk on the Levee. No inside seating.

Ordered a cherry cheesecake shake, and they gave us just cheesecake. We've ordered this same shake for years and at multiple locations. We were handed just a cheesecake milkshake. When we questioned this, we were told they didn't have cherries, which is not what goes in it ( it's the sauce, not just cherries). When we asked why we weren't told that they couldn't make that when we ordered it so we could pick something else they just stared at us like we were crazy. They also gave my daughter the wrong size. They seemed pretty unfriendly and confused in general

Have I ordered the “Gotta Have It” and got the “Love it” instead multiple times? Sure. Have I continuously had my smoothies 1/3 empty in the past? Absolutely. I’m a grown adult man and I try not to get too upset about a little missing Ice Cweam. But one indisputable fact is that when Casey took over as a shift manager this Cold Stone location became like a phoenix rising from the ashes. With Casey at the helm, this place runs like a master pit crew at the Indy 500. I’ve never seen a young manager with such precision and skill in my life. Making ice cream and maintaining an exceptional attitude with customers is her code. I don’t think she’s taken a day off in the last 6 months. Hopefully the Cold Stone brass recognizes her talent and dedication or she will soon move on to greener pastures. I had a friend once claim he witnessed her serving a family of 5 while simultaneously on the phone resolving issues with corporate out back!Exceptional! All I know for sure is that when she is there it’s a sigh of relief that quality service is at hand.

My daughter wanted some ice cream. Good ice cream but blonde girl "helping" us seemed very unhappy to be there and to be serving us. She handed us the ice cream and didn't say a word even as we were being polite. I would have let it go but on the drive home my daughter said her ice cream was missing the cookie dough and sugar crystals that the description promised. Bummer!

Never been to a Cold Stone before since there isn’t one in Knoxville, TN. However, I was surprised. Got a Waffle Cone with Cake Batter ice cream and peanut butter and it was delicious. Employees didn’t seem to be very happy to be there, but they’re focused and get through the line quickly

Didn't put it on the stone long enough ,so got melted ice cream handed to me. Tasted bad, we paid for it just to throw it right in the trash can before leaving the store. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
