YUM! ❤️ the strawberry blonde ice cream! The staff is awesome!

Three teenagers trying to run a store with seemingly no experience. One employee appeared to be working on pick up orders, leaving the other two to deal with a large crowd. She then left, nowhere to be seen. Another employee who was working on a customer's order stopped in the middle of mixing her ice cream to answer the phone...and seemed to be more concerned about the phone versus the customer who was right in front of her. One customer left and I don't blame him, this was the worst experience at a cold stone I've ever had. This location needs better management and a real leader. And last but not least, the ice cream was soft and melted by the time they put the ice cream in the cup.

Came here after ordering online and still had to wait about 30 min to get my order

Extremely rude service. Male worker spent the entire time trying to impress the high school crowd behind us. We were told they were out of a certain “creation” but the kids behind us were able to magically get this item ordered.

Employees here make an amount of ice cream and they rather throw away some of it rather than just fill your cup.. you already made it why throw it out if there is room in the cup?

This place is beyond amazing !!!!! my kids had a young man Lucas… Lukas? Serving and he was so friendly and helpful, offered many options & quick service ! Valentines weekend I went in for a cake lg strawberry and Hailey girl helped us choose the best seller and got my husbands name Written on it , quick service and clean ! Love this place ! This young kids are amazing , great stuff & vibe ! Valentin Family !
