TERRIBLE SERVICE from three ladies that were working a couple of weeks ago. My husband and I go to different locations and I’m shocked this one is still open, especially after the YELP reviews I’ve read. They treated me like a crazy person when I told them I had a peanut allergy. They told me they couldn’t accommodate and acted like they had never heard of an allergy before. EVERY other location I’ve been too have been more then helpful. Save your time and go to a different location. Plus their attitude was far from friendly.
$19 for 2 small cups with 3 mix ins each. Are you kidding me!? Also, we are over 2 years into this pandemic and they still don't have any table or chairs to eat your ice cream that they just ripped you off for. Won't be back. That's for sure.
No samples, overpriced, and the ice cream wasn't all that great. I don't think we'll be returning.
$40 for ice cream with no tables inside. Time to bring the tables back.
I was expecting far worse given all the bad reviews but it was fine and had good service. Ice cream was good!
This afternoon we stopped in with a group of eight. The sole employee working in this place worked extremely hard, doing everything she could, as fast as possible, to assist our group and those behind us. The ice cream was excellent and we enjoyed everything. My hat is off to thing young person of yours manning the ship by herself!
It was ok. I got the Silk Almond Milk Chocolate. It was nice that there was a non-dairy option for me that wasn't a sorbet. I got a weird look for asking for marshmallows and Kit Kat pieces mixed in (look my gut tolerates milk chocolate a little better than ice cream I don't know why). The marshmallows were kind of stale. My daughter got the lucky charms and seemed to enjoy it. My son got the chocolate and threw it away after a few bites.
Wrong hours displayed on google. I drove 20 mins only to find out they were closed.
We have been here a few times. The kids enjoy it fine. I personally think the ice cream is not good. I keep thinking the flavor I got isn't great, but I've have several at this point (chocolate, strawberry, Oreo, cheesecake, peanut butter, vanilla). Since it's before St. Patrick's Day they had a cute lucky charm flavor and lucky charm marshmallows as a topping which my daughter enjoyed. They have a couple non dairy options for the lactose intolerant. The staff was fine and there actually was plenty of people working (Friday night). They're not allowing you to try flavors right now. Which was a bummer as my son (6) wanted to try mint but I wasn't willing to spend $8 on a small for him to try it and not like it.
