I’m here in line and there’s only one worker and there’s a line how can’t this company afford another worker ? We legit waited 30 minutes to get our order and the line got big, I’ve attached fotos.

shocked to see that this place was closed due to LUNCH!? What kind of management doesn’t have enough employees to rotate their lunches in order to keep doors open.. it was 3:50pm ‍♂️ ‍♂️

Horrible ice cream melted before we were done placing our entire order

Went in for a scoop of ice cream-- the girl gave it to me and it was dripping out the sides after she put the cover on, as it was so melted. I took it off and it looked like milkshake texture- as I was checking out, I noted this, and I asked for a different cup. She goes over to the ice cream and I ask if they were all that melted-- she nonchalantly replies, "No, I think it was just that one. All the ice creams looked really melted....I asked if there was any in the back freezer or anything like that. She stares at me and goes, "You want it frozen?" It is SUPPOSED TO BE FROZEN. It's ice cream! She went in the back and got me actual ice cream, better than fully melted but still not completely hard. Safe to say I will not be back.

We’re in 2024 and they still don’t take apple pay. Astonishing

Business hours say open at 11am. I arrived at 12pm on a Monday and they were still seething up. So unprofessional.
