Says they close at 10:00 and showed up at 9 and staff was rude and said to leave. Don’t waste your time.

Product is good as always however i think this location lacks training. Our signature creations weren’t mixed well. It was just as if they plopped the toppings on top and called it a day.

We enjoyed everything we ate. BUT I grew up in a world where Cold Stone was a place of abundance. It didn't matter if you got 1 mix-in or 10... your cup was full. None of our cups reached the top brim. This was the most full one we got. Also, 6 chocolate chips is NOT a topping. For premium prices, I expect quality AND quantity. I think some training is in order here.

Probably the worst Cold Stone. Was greeted by strange Asian man. I laughed and couldn't take him seriously. The Oreos and creme had a strange hue. Not edible looking. I asked if they made fresh Oreos and creme that was not pre made. He said they don't mix anything with fresh cream. He said there aren't any toppings there. In fact, the case with toppings he said were 2 years or older. So all the toppings on display were completely stale. A man walked in and when I told him my dilemma he walked out and so did. I asked him if I said something to make him leave. He said he's walked out a few times already without getting anything. That was how bad his impression was of that store.

Ice cream was good, cone was not, too stale and hard to eat.

The slow service didn’t bother me terribly because it seemed that the worker was new there, but I got an inedibly stale waffle bowl
