Cold Stone Creamery

These two ladies on the right keep looking busy and ignoring me. I was the only one there. The gentleman finally asked if I'd been helped. He was very attentive of helping me. I don't know what's up with those other two, but they seem cold and rude.

Under staffed and getting ice cream at this particular location means if your kids won’t choices like sprinkles or gummy bears, they have to get the medium size not the small, because this cold stone requires your child be a pre-diabetic to enjoy there choice of toppings on there ice cream.

This has to be the worst cold stone branch I’ve ever visited I’ve tried not make negative reviews but this time I had to every time I’ve come here something is wrong the time before this the cones were stale and they were still selling them this time the texture or taste of the sweet cream base was wrong as well the ice cream has icicle in it As if it was sitting in someone’s garage freezer for weeks honestly I’m upset because this not the standard I’m accustomed to from cold stone

Found a hair in my ice cream.

So unfortunate to be posting this review since customer service seemed to be satisfactory. As I was eating, I realized there were dust/ possible cobwebs on my waffle cone. Upon further inspection, saw a spider on the fruity pebble of the chocolate waffle cone, please see picture below. The waffle cones have most likely been sitting on the counter for a long while and have harbored guests. I hope to not be sick after eating some of the ice cream :( No more Cold Stone for me.
