Cold Stone Creamery

Hey there, fellow ice cream lovers! I'm here to tell you about my experience at Cold Stone Creamery on Woodruff Road, where I took my family for a sweet treat last weekend. Let me tell you, it was a blast! First of all, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a smile and offered us samples of their delicious flavors. They also explained how their signature creations work: you choose your ice cream base, then add any mix-ins you want, and they blend it all together on a frozen stone. Sounds cool, right? Well, it gets cooler. You can also create your own custom creation, or choose from their ready-made options. They have something for everyone: classic, adventurous, fruity, nutty, chocolaty, you name it. They even have some seasonal specials, like pumpkin pie and peppermint bark. Yum! My wife went for the cake batter ice cream with brownies and fudge. My son picked the chocolate ice cream with Oreos and M&M's. My daughter chose the strawberry ice cream with gummy bears and sprinkles. And I, being the dad joke master that I am, ordered the vanilla ice cream with bacon and maple syrup. Hey, don't knock it till you try it! We watched in awe as they prepared our creations, chopping, mixing, and scooping with skill and flair. They even sang a little song when we tipped them. How fun is that? We took our ice cream to a table and dug in. Wow, was it good! The ice cream was rich and creamy, the mix-ins were fresh and tasty, and the portions were generous. We all enjoyed our choices, even mine. Trust me, bacon and ice cream go together like peanut butter and jelly. Don't believe me? Ask my wife, she stole a bite! We had a great time at Cold Stone Creamery, and we'll definitely be back. It's a perfect place to go with your family, friends, or even by yourself. Decent ice cream but poorly stuffed, have to even hire folks that don't know their gender.

literally the best ice cream i’ve ever had. my boyfriend brought me to Coldstone for the first time ever, and l recommend 100%!! 10/10!!! workers were so welcoming and some girl was explaining to me how the pricing works and kinda informing me about the place since it was my first time! very nice. l will definitely be coming back soon and place was so organized & clean. if you’re looking for ice cream, this is your place!!! they got it all!!

We've stopped here a few times and the last couple of times the customer service has been lacking. Tonight my son's milkshake wasn't even filled adequately based off of prior visits and for the price I paid.

Was walking in an hour before close but instantly walked out because the boy behind the register gave us a dirty look when we walked in. BAD customer service and hospitality.

This was my 1st visit to a Cold Stone Creamery. I seriously don't know what all the hype is about. I got the cheesecake fantasy, large waffle cone. Honestly, I would have rather had Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream from the local grocery store. It's tastier & not as expensive. When someone put money in the tip jar, all the workers chimed in and sang a little ditty about getting a tip = VERY TACKY! Quite long wait in line and over priced.

Ice cream soup. The teenagers working don’t give a damn. None of the ingredients were chopped at all. It took them 7 seconds to make it.

Best treat for the summer heat.
