Had ice cream delivered via Grubhub was delicious

I have tried to order from here multiple times on their own app AND doordash, just told be told that they are constantly “high volume” or “not currently accepting orders”. Then when I call, the employees tell me that they haven’t had any problem with online orders coming through. We didnt have this issue a few months ago but recently their service has gone waaaaay down hill. Reading the other reviews, it doesnt surprise me. Wont be ordering from here again.

While picking up an online order (that was 15 mins late), a short black-haired employee drops a spatula that she was using to flip waffle cones onto the muddy ground. She picks it up and continues using it without hesitation. Really good food safety training(and common sense.) Another employee (who noticed that I’ve seen what happened), calls her out and volunteers to wash it for her (she obliges luckily.) this occurred 10/21/23 at 6:15pm in case a manager that cares sees this.

Second time in there in the last few weeks and no employees no where in site.…stand and wait and nothing. Peek in the back, no one. Not sure how you are making any money but I won't be back.

Ordered and prepaid for a birthday cake online a week in advance, was charged and received a confirmation email, went to pick it up at noon when they opened and no one was there…called the restaurant with no answer and then corporate office where I received a reference number. Continued to wait over half an hour to open alongside 3-4 other customers who also prepaid for a cake. Did not hear back from the restaurant until I called 3 hours later and was told they had an “employee miscommunication”…never heard back from corporate offices after receiving a reference number. Was told I could come and pick up my cake now that employees were there, declined as I did not have time to do so…was refunded the money and in comments section was noted “customer changed mind…” Very disappointed in the lack of quality customer service!

The customer service here is AWFUL. We went in approx 30 mins till close and there was a line of about 12+ people. I saw 4 workers walking around but only ONE of the workers was actually helping customers. The others were making themselves ice cream, emptying trash, etc. Nobody acknowledged that there was a full store and they would audibly sigh when more people walked in the door. Locked up 15 minutes early and still nobody stepped up to help. Took about 25 mins to get in and out. Do not recommend
