Service was excellent today, clean tables, and work space. The 3 people working there today were awesome. Some of the best employees I've ever seen at any Cold Stone.

This location has always been a problem for me. I have been here quite a few times before deciding to write this review. We were there last night and none of the employees had aprons, gloves or hairnets. They were all wearing gym shorts, yoga pants, crocs and the girls hair were barely pulled back with hair getting everywhere. Their overall appearance made me want to leave as soon as I walked in. Not one employee had any type of coldstone employee apparel, and they all look like regular people. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be coming back to this location and will just make the drive over to fig garden. I have spoken to the manager and she informed me that this is a “battle” she faces with her employees. If it is a battle then in my opinion, some write ups and firing need to be done especially when you’re working with food.

First off the dairy industry kills baby calves that don't produce milk. Just an fyi. Cows are over milked and exhausted and sick and blood and pus get into ice cream at factory farms..They only have one or two plant-based options from what I know. The silk almond milk chocolate ice cream. Also Customer service is lacking..

I visited this location twice in the last month. The first time I received my order, I found a long hair in my ice cream. When I let them know they didn’t apologize for it and they seemed to be upset about remaking it for me. They handed me a messy cup with my ice cream melting over the sides. I decided to give them a second chance and I was disappointed again. They do not greet you when you walk in. They are too busy talking to each other to acknowledge that you’re ready to order and pay. I asked for one of their creations and nowhere in it does it say it contains blueberries. I am allergic to blueberries so that was a huge inconvenience. When I asked for it to be remade, the girl did not apologize for adding them in and wasn’t happy about remaking it. Someone else remade it for me while she walked away. When I asked for a lid I waited there for a couple of minutes and I had to ask again because I was ignored. We were the only ones in line at the time with 5 people working. These employees lack customer service and cleanliness. I watched the girls touch their face and hair multiple times. I feel like they should wear gloves because their hands occasionally touch your ice cream. I will not be going back to this location.
