Wow. What an experience. Me and two others entered the establishment about five minutes till close with high expectations and boy were they exceeded. The three girls working showed much enthusiasm in their craft and created our treats with care. As we left we were given a round of applause as they gave each other high fives showing their teamwork. 100/10 recommend this location. Great experience!

My son’s bday cake tasted amazing. But the decoration was below average at best. Didn’t write happy birthday like we asked and all they did was print out a picture of the theme we wanted. Just sad we were over looked because of an employees laziness and still had to pay full price.

Young lady was very productive and kind working by herself. I purchased a German candyapple.

Horrible employees.. I just waited over 20 min and never was served.. there were only 4 people ( not groups) ahead of me. The 3 ( that I saw) employees were more interested in talking and looking at their phones and showing attitudes than serving the customers otherwise known as doing their job.. Won't be back

Waited 25 minutes while 3 girls working there stood around and argued with each other. When I asked if they could make my order I was told NO! I hope the owner takes a look at the security cameras, You had about 15 people leave and I know there will be more reviews like this. I cannot give 0 stars, but I would if I could!!! $hit show!

I just waited in line at this store for about 20 minutes due to employees conversing with one another the whole time we were in there. Three parties in front of us left because it was taking so long, they had been waiting for up to 30 minutes. We were next in line and two employees were eating the customers ice cream off the stone that they just made right in front of the customers. They were trying to test the customers ice cream to see if it was right but that’s foul to do in front of paying customers. The employees had AirPods in, came in and out of the kitchen constantly and were touching their hair while making peoples ice creams. I have been coming to this location for years now and I have never had this many issues. This behavior is unacceptable.
