Maddie was so sweet to myself and my kids! She gave them a few samples. I told her my husband loved pistachio and she gave us some to take home to him since he wasn't with us and they dont always have that flavor! Customer service is lacking these days and she knocked it out of the park!!

London was a excellent polite young man also the ice cream is always delicious.

So grateful that the employees at Coldstone agreed to do a custom Red Hot Chili Peppers cake for my son’s 17th birthday. Was the only place able to do it within 3 days. Did a great job! Thank you so much!!!

As always worst customer service. I came in looked at cakes. Went to counter to order was there 5min and no one said welcome or we'll be with you in a minute. I was only one in store, I guess they was making a online order. And he was flirting hard with his coworker so I guess that was more important then me.
