What an abysmal excuse for customer service. They completely ruined my New Year's Eve visit. I understand someone has to take calls, but that doesn't mean my order should just sit for 5 minutes on the stone not being completed. Worse the same person who took the call was going to come back and keep mixing my ice cream without having washed his hands; this is an obvious health safety violation. I walked out disappointed. This experience guaranteed that Baskin Robbins will be my ice cream choice from here on out. I'll never give my business to Cold Stone again.
Signature Reese’s peanut butter had very little Reese’s or peanut butter sauce, I paid 8 bucks for a plain scoop of ice cream. The girl working the night shift Jan 2nd needs mixology training.
Ordered Door Dash delivery - $18 for a pint of 1 flavor ice cream that was only 2/3 full.
Brianna, who works in coldstone, just made my daughter’s birthday day more special. We went to ask if we can get icecream cake for birthday in 2-tier. One of the coldstone employee said it might melt when you cut the top or bottom. So it’s very risky to make 2-tier. But Brianna, said she will do it for us, so confidently. And we trusted her. We gave her the decorative stuff and box to her a day before. And then what she did was magic!!! Top layer was chocolate delight and bottom was cheesecake named desire flavor. We traveled 30 mins in car to the celebration spot and the cake was just fine. I am very grateful for Brianna’s effort. Thank you Brianna!!!

They are the best great costumer service I even received a membership and receive great discounts. Been the same since I last went. I used to go with my now wife 7 years ago almost every day!!! Wow what memories
Had a delivery issue as a driver at this place. I picked up an order they were just finishing up and delivered to the costumer. Couple of minutes later the costumer called because the order was wrong. I asked if, because some items were in a stapled bag and I could not just tear it open, the bagged items were not for her and she said no. However the receipt in the bag did have her name. Because at this point I was already close to the creamery I decided to deliver the correct order, however, at the store I was told that I'd have to bring back the wrong items and then deliver the correct one. I'm being asked to do all this extra work for their mistake and cant just give me the correct items even if they're just sitting there. The person I spoke to is a manager and apparently part owner and still said there's nothing she can do and just would not help. I have to call support and eventually get told that there's nothing that can be done, get back and the store manager tells me that the costumer called and she's just gonna ask for a refund. It was only after I told her that because the costumer is getting a refund and I'm essentially not getting paid at this point she said that she could give me the order, a total slap to the face. So there ya go, 40 minutes of my life wasted for nothing
