We arrived 20 minutes before they closed, only to be told the systems were “down”. Then we found out that was a lie and the girl in there just didn’t want to serve anyone else. While we were there we saw them turn away another family. What a way to run a business, I hope you all missed out on a lot of money due to your workers not wanting to do their job.
Real nice customer service. Super fast service. People don’t understand how stressful it is to work in a busy fast-food environment. Communication is was on-point. David did a great job giving me updates on my order status and helping me understand rush-times.
Rude people working at this location. Walked in and one girl was extremely rude so me and boyfriend just walked out. Love the ice cream but the customer service makes it not worth it.
Me and the Fams love Cold Stone. This one in particular always seems to be hopping.
I ordered a Gotta Have It-Founders Favorite online. I picked it up and when I got home the cup was not even filled up on the sides or top (that employee know she was wrong)!!! I DID NOT GET MY MONEY’S WORTH! Very disappointing, I will not be going back to this location!
Two males were running the store and they were friendly. Ice cream was halfway melted on the counter. I’m not sure if the counter was heated or cooled. Order was sloppy to the point where I had to place it in the freezer immediately. It did taste good and I received the right amount of toppings… it just wasn’t appetizing to look at.
Currently here spending over $60 in ice cream and your employee Sarah is very passive aggressive. Her attitude is very nasty and I think she needs to be retrained in customer service. I don’t understand why she has an attitude.
