I CANNOT FATHOM, to all of you how horrible try experience was today. I have gotten ice cream from this location for yearssss. Today I couldn't place the order through grubhub, so I call and ask if it were possible to make adjustments through the phone. I am told yes. I place the order then call ask agreed, they say no can do....?????? THEN THEY PLACE THE ORDER EVEN THOUGH I ASKED GRUB HUB AND THE STORE TO STOP THE ORDER?? 50$????? AND WHEN GRUB HUB CALLS THEM TO CONFIRM THE PROCESS, THEY LIE?????? how do you, as a professional store, lie..... what do you as a customer service worker gain, from lying. I mean how do you work in customer service but can be this irresponsible.... trust I wouldn't even give a one star if I could

They always win my heart.Their ice cream has the best taste 10 outta 100 and top of that all crew members are amazing i do get the neat service here.Thanks guys. I would highly recommend this place!!❤️ Parking: They have free parking no headaches for parking Kid-friendliness: All crew members really nice with kids. I came with my sisters they gave em extra toppings didn't even charge. So generous❤️ They were so attentive that once they saw my sister's ice cream was spilling they gave her large cup to put her ice cream!

I love cold stone! My absolute old school favorite a strawberry rendezvous, I get it all the time since cold stone first opened.

It says 1230 closing showed up at 12:09 for some ice cream wasn’t even gonna stay just real quick for my kids

Customer service was pretty okay. I ordered two waffle bowls. The ice cream was already melting before eating it. A bit heavily pricey for the ice creams. I wasn't a big fan today.

Excellent staff and service, if management is reading thus please promote him, the man was such a sweet heart so much patients and a nice bright white smile!!
