Cold Stone Creamery

They are really busy, and should have a better system of addressing the requests of patrons. I had other people walk up and just give their order. The person working should know and gauge who is in line first. The ice cream is really good. My daughter wanted to go everyday we were on vacation there in Atlanta, GA. The atmosphere has more to do with the demographic of the neighborhood then the place itself. I didn't feel welcome. This has nothing to do with Cold Stone Creamery. I probably will go again.

The CS Rep didn't smile & when he spoke, he was barely audible. He served me a pre-measured (previously scooped) (sat on top of the packed) scoop of ice cream. I would have preferred the scoop from the paced ice cream.

I have placed orders at this location multiple times, with very little issue; however, my recent experience makes me not want to return. I had a request to change the ice cream on a Uber eats order (since there is no way to choose on the app) and it was like pulling teeth. I spoke with Erica, who claimed to be the manager, but showed no experience in customer service. Not only was I constantly being cut off every time I spoke, but I also kept being met with excuses about why it took them 10 minutes to answer the phone. I have always loved cold stone, and this location is close to home, but I don’t ever want to interact with Erica or anyone like her.

I’ve ate at a bunch of Coldstones all over the place and I always end up wishing it were this one. They’re also super efficient and fill any short time you have to wait by talking to you. One employee named Denilsol was great to talk to.

Icy not creamy

Came here with my family and as I entered I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I stood there for about 5 minutes and none of the two employees asked what I wanted to order. I walked out but before I exited I made sure I let them know why I left.

The service was good and the people were friendly but the ice cream was melted. Cold Stone seems to have a quality control issue in that regard. This location needs to keep its freezer colder.

my favorite cold Stone of any I've been to. I'm so happy I live near this location, the chocolate ice cream and toppings are always so good!
