I used to come this cold stone 10 years ago service was good back then now since they franchised to foreigners service went downhill.they are stingy with toppings 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream 1 gummy’s 1 Oreo for $8 same ice cream with better service is $4 some change at brusters.
Very bad service. We rang the bill and they gave everything and then looted me mentioning we didn’t pay. They are very rude and doesn’t even bother about providing service. Worst service and started talking very badly. Never recommend this store.
Worst ever experience in my life. Rang the bill twice they didnt show the receipt and were talking in foreign language.

This place claims to close at 10pm when you check online. I arrived at 8:40pm to get some ice cream for my little sister. On the entrance door the shop put up a sign saying it closes at 9pm. They should either update their times online or do something to firstly prevent this miscommunication. Secondly, the server told us she was going to stop serving and locked the door to prevent additional customers from entering as we entered at 8:40. Another family with a little kid just walked in right after me and got locked out. The little kid really wanted some ice cream so the parents asked the server nicely to see if she can serve their daughter. The server refused but eventually reluctantly opened the door. I understand the holidays are a stressful time and people want to get home to their families asap. But to stop serving 15-20 mins before the “closing” time - which contradicts the time mentioned online - and locking the doors to prevent customers coming in BEFORE closing time is kind of ridiculous. I understand if customers are not served if they arrive AFTER closing time. Never coming back here lol
If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a special birthday cake online. Received confirmation and paid $45 in advance. When my husband went to pick it up the only person at the store spoke a little or basically no English at all. She told my husband she had no order for us and he was at the wrong store. I sent him my confirmation and she still denied the order. She said he could purchase another cake not it wouldn’t be personalized. We already paid $45 for it and she insisted she couldn’t give a refund. He decided to get the cake but made him pay $11 more. Horrific customer service. She was alone and had no one else who could assist her. Shame on the manager to allow and put a limited English speaking employee in that position. Never will use this location again.
We visited Dec 19th to Alpharetta GA. The waiter had put on mask the moment we open the door. We thought it is normal, understood later she is not well. Now the whole family is down with Cold and Cough. Their store hours say they close at 9pm, but when I got there, they closed the doors at 7:54…
