We stopped in after an urban hike around La Mesa. Kevin was wonderful- he asked us what we liked and recommended several options. He encouraged me to try a stout, something I would never order, but I loved it. So thankful for his beer knowledge and the ability to try things at my leisure. We played some games and then went to Surfrider. They do serve some variety of Surfrider Pizza here, but we really wanted a calzone, so had to get it from the source.

A delightful video game bar. I love how they use a card system to operate both games and booze.

Cute place, good beer. Service was awesome!!! The young guy working yesterday (Kevin?) was great.
