The ambiance was complemented by the soothing sounds of 70s soft rock music playing in the background, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, my experience was marred by an unpleasant incident involving off-duty management, Nate. While I understand his concern about smoking, his approach to addressing the issue with customers was wrong and off-putting. It's important for management to handle such situations with tact and diplomacy to ensure a positive experience for all patrons. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice that the place could use an update in terms of its look and ambiance. A fresh, modern look could enhance the overall experience for customers and attract more visitors. In conclusion, Coffee Rush offers great coffee and friendly service, but there are areas where improvements could be made. With some refinements in management approach and a makeover to the space, this cafe has the potential to become a top-notch destination for coffee lovers. Additionally: Service Concerns and Smoking Area As a non-smoker and a customer at Coffee Rush, I found my recent experience to be a little unpleasant by some concerns regarding the service and smoking policies at the establishment. During my visit, I witnessed off-duty management interacting with customers in a manner that I personally found concerning. Additionally, the approach to managing customers who were smoking outside the premises left much to be desired. While ashtrays were provided, the lack of clear table markings and designated smoking areas created confusion and discomfort. As a non-smoker, I believe that it is important for businesses to consider the preferences and health of all their patrons. Arizona's smoking policy mandates a distance of 20 feet from doors, windows, and ventilation systems for smoking areas. It is crucial to clarify whether enclosed windows are still considered part of this requirement. To avoid potential conflicts and ensure compliance with regulations, I recommend that Coffee Rush designate a clearly marked smoking area that is sufficiently far away from the entrance, windows, and building structure. Implementing clear signage and guidelines can help create a more comfortable and inclusive environment for all customers. In conclusion, while I appreciate the offerings at Coffee Rush, my concerns about the service and smoking policies during my visit have prompted me to provide this feedback. I hope that the management considers these suggestions to enhance the overall experience for all customers.

Wifi was very slow and and I wasn't able to study which was what I came to this coffee shop specifically for. I ordered a vanilla latte breve which was just okay. Baristas were friendly and the views are gorgeous but if you're trying to study/work definitely just go to downtowntown Chandler for their coffee shops or find a Starbucks.

Great lakeside small coffee shop. Fresh beans available for purchase. Good international variety. Lovely mixed and blended drinks. Cool hang out.

Awesome coffee shop close to my house. Outdoor seating is great this time of year. We have friends from Illinois that love to walk over to enjoy a cup of black coffee, lol! Parking: Get real busy on the weekends. Go on a weekday!

Never did I think I would get chased into the street and screamed at by an employee from a coffee shop that I frequent. Thank you blading man for ruining my day after an already tough week. I encourage him to learn how to speak to people and have better customer service.

Open late and a beautiful atmosphere and coffee is superb
