Coffee Lab & Roasters

This place is so cute and I love the aesthetic. The staff and owner are so nice and accommodating. They recommended I try the spicy mocha and it was so good.

Coffee Lab offers specialty coffee, cold brew, pour-over, and a variety of single origin house beans. During my visit, I ordered a light roast Ethiopian drip and was pleased with its quality. They also offer a selection of dairy-free pastry, and I quite enjoyed the Earl Grey loaf. While seating is somewhat limited, there are some great window spots overlooking the street and a few tables in the back that are good for laptop work or just hanging out.

Coffee Lab is our neighborhood go to spot on the weekends. The staff are all welcoming and warm. They take the time to get to know you and how you like your coffee. My husband loves their cold brew. He often gets a growler if we are going out of town to ensure he has quality coffee. If you haven’t tried the brown sugar cinnamon latte you’re missing out. You truly can’t go wrong here! Service is efficient and if you order something that will take a bit more time and they are busy they are upfront and let you know it will be a bit of a wait. My only wish is they opened at 6:30am so we could stop in on weekdays before work. This place truly is a hidden gem.

This is a great little place! The bare bones exterior made me go hmmm but inside it’s really warm and cute and super friendly. They roast their own beans and serve delicious strong coffee and the cheerful story-telling baristas seem to know everyone and how they like it. “Almond milk, right?” Tons of loyal customers streaming in one after the other which is really impressive given their location near a bunch of other great shops (Herb&Alchemy, VIGO, Heritage). Dog friendly too! I kinda really love this place.

I was visiting, and loved this place. I wish I found it a couple of days earlier,so I could have tried a few more flavors.

Nice coffee spot. The coffee was not as good as I expected, but I still enjoyed it. The spicy mocha latte was nice and wasn’t sweet. Overall, if you’re a specialty coffee nut, don’t put it at the top of your list, but it’s not a bad spot to grab a warm drink. I wish they had a vegan food option. Vegetarian options: They have plant milks but no vegan food options

My favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood! The staff are so nice & the coffee is lovely. You can buy a bag of their beans & get a free drink, which I love! Also, you can bring your dog inside to order! This is so helpful for me :) it is great to have a pet-friendly establishment in the area!
